Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-10-06
These terms apply when you download or play RattleVale (the "Game"), made by Mergeable Pty Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play it.
Playing the Game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, modify, resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except where the law allows you to.
Free levels and the full game
Some levels are free to play. The rest come with a one-time in-app purchase. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
- The purchase is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to their terms, including their refund policies. Refund requests go to them.
- The purchase is tied to your App Store or Google Play account. If you reinstall the Game or move to a new device using the same account, you can restore it with Restore Purchases.
- There's no subscription, and the Game has no ads.
Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device only. We can't recover it if it's lost, for example when you delete the Game or change devices. A purchase can always be restored, but stars and level progress can't.
Changes to the Game
We may update the Game to fix problems, rebalance levels or add content. We'll try to keep what you've paid for working, but we can't promise the Game will always be available on every device or operating system version.
Privacy
The Game sends anonymous play data to help us improve it. The privacy policy explains what's sent and how it's used.
Third-party content
The Game includes material from the System Reference Document 5.1 by Wizards of the Coast LLC, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, along with art, sound and fonts from other creators under their own licences. These are credited in the Game under Settings, Credits. Everything else in the Game, including its name, levels and code, belongs to us.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be free of bugs or run without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
App store terms
If you got the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the Game or for supporting it. That's on us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Playing the Game after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
